Who are you?
I am a residential real estate professional at Homelife Benchmark Realty (White Rock) specializing in resale properties in the South Surrey – White Rock region. Previously working within a specialized real estate group at two top Canadian law firms, I benefit from a broad range of knowledge across all real estate sectors.
I’m also an animal lover, a creative (drawing is an understated hobby of mine), and a true Canucks fan. Oh, and I’m really fortunate to have a great big sister and a supercool brother-in-law.

What do you do for fun?
For me getting to the gym or doing something active outside with friends is fun and makes me feel more productive. I also have a amazing little pug named Winston that always makes each day a little more interesting and fun.
What is your favourite community? Why?
Favourite community – I still have a bit of a soft spot for downtown because of the constant mix and dynamics of what is going on around you. However, White Rock is a great little communtity that is really growing and proving to be a great place to live!
What is your superpower?
My superpower would be the ability to constantly multi-task and love every second of it – I love to be busy and on the go (that is a very lame superpower!).
How do you use it to build community?
Why by helping my community to buy and sell their houses of course!
My Three Favourite Things About Sarah Are…
1. She’s really, really, really nice. Sure, I’m a bit biased because she’s family. The plain and simple truth is that Sarah is one of the kindest and selfless people in my life. She has a knack for putting family, friends, customers, and her awesome pets – Winston (pictured) and Bosco – first. Whether its the business of family or the business of real estate, you’re lucky if you can get into it with Sarah!
2. Amazing work ethic. I’m pretty sure that Sarah works eight days a week and, in spite of this seemingly impossible feat, she makes time for the other big and little things in life. She’s always willing to offer an extra helping hand and has a knack for applying her party/event-planning skills to everything from weddings to holiday gatherings to open houses.
3. Her touch of style. No offense to my very awesome father-in-law, but Sarah is the reason that his home looks so darn cool! From fashion to home furnishings, my sister-in-law can make anything for anyone go from good-to-great!
