Potential

Channeling the way we grow as people can (and should) build healthy communities that are sustainable for the long term. We all have potential and there is always potential for making the world better.

Potential means possibility. It means that within every person, every team, every problem, and every idea there is an opportunity to surface and create something truly awesome. Folks who understand the uniquely human ability to adapt, unlearn, relearn, and continually improvise by unlocking their innate qualities and unique talents are more likely to navigate the disruptions to work life. Harnessing our individual and collective potentiality means inoculating ourselves against calamitous changes.

Asking powerful questions helps to raise awareness and uncover what we might be missing and what we might lean into.

How are you investing in your potential every day? What skills are you learning? What old habits, beliefs, and mindsets are you letting go? What is your adaptation advantage? What opportunities do you see that might be invisible to everyone else? How might we realize our potential as a community? What does this mean for the investments you are making in others?

When we strive to tackle these questions every day, we are more likely to build the technical precision and human capabilities to unleash our greatest potentiality.
